Every bundle that leaves our stockroom has been sorted, checked, folded and packed by a volunteer.

Sorting & Quality Checking
Check, sort and size clothing and items so that only the best reaches families.
Bundle Packing
Hand-pick and pack personalised bundles based on each referral.
Family Welcome
Greet families and referrers at collection with warmth and discretion.
Equipment Checking
Inspect and clean prams, cots and high chairs against our safety checklist.
Drivers
Help collect and deliver larger items across London (own vehicle and licence).
Admin & Referrals
Process referrals, keep records and support our coordinator remotely or on site.
Corporate & group volunteering days
Bring your colleagues, faith group, school or university society for a hands-on team day. Groups of 4–10 people spend a morning or afternoon sorting stock and packing bundles — a meaningful way to build team spirit and connect with your local community.
Group days are especially popular in the run-up to our festive gift programme, when we need extra hands for wrapping and packing.
