Getting Support From Us
If you are expecting a baby or caring for a child under five and struggling to afford the essentials, we are here for you.
Asking for help is a sign of strength
Many families go through difficult times — a new baby, a change in work, a relationship breakdown, moving home or a rise in bills. There is no shame in needing a helping hand.
Our service is free, confidential and non-judgemental. We work through referrals so that we can make sure you also get any other support you might need, and so that your bundle is right for your child.
- Expecting parents and families with children aged 0–5
- Living in London and experiencing financial hardship
- Referred by a professional who knows your situation

Frequently asked questions
We work through referrals so we can make sure families are also connected to other support. If you don't have a professional you can speak to, please contact us and we will help you find one locally.
No. Everything we provide is completely free. You will never be asked to pay for any item.
Most clothing and equipment is pre-loved and in very good condition. Every item is checked, cleaned and quality-assured. Mattresses, consumables such as nappies, and some toiletries are always new.
Families can usually be referred up to three times in a twelve-month period. If your circumstances change, your referrer can talk to us about further support.
We are based in Southwark (SE1) and primarily support families in central and south London. Please contact us if you are elsewhere in London — we will help where we can or signpost you to a baby bank nearer you.
We only collect what we need to prepare your bundle and keep it confidential, in line with UK GDPR. We will only share information without consent if we believe a child or adult is at risk of serious harm. See our Privacy Policy.
Our focus is on babies and children under five, but we keep an up-to-date list of local services — food banks, housing advice, debt support and parenting groups — and are always happy to signpost.
