Our referral model means families get help from someone they already trust, and we can focus on preparing exactly what each child needs.
We welcome referrals from statutory and voluntary sector professionals who are working directly with a family and can confirm their need. You do not need to register in advance — simply complete the form below.
- Families expecting a baby or caring for children aged 0–5
- Experiencing financial hardship or crisis
- Family has given consent for the referral
- Referrer can arrange or support collection
Before you refer
- Discuss what the family needs and gain their consent
- Check ages, sizes and any due date
- Agree who will collect the bundle
Urgent requests
For newborns being discharged without a safe sleep space, or families fleeing abuse, mark the referral as urgent and call us on 07507 773078. We will always try to prioritise.
Data protection
Please use family initials or your own case reference rather than full names. We process referral data in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
